Tedeschi & Associati is an Italian boutique Law Firm based in Rome. It was founded in 1944 by Oscar Tedeschi and then expanded by Dario Tedeschi.
At present, within the Law Firm operate five lawyers (one as of counsel), and some collaborators.
Tedeschi & Associati serves both local clients and multinationals. The practice of the Firm covers counselling and litigation (including arbitration) in many areas of Civil Law and Business law.
In 2008 Tedeschi & Associati significantly improved its practice in the area of Competition Law, through the joining of Professor Vincenzo Meli, full professor of Business Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Palermo, who is acknowledged as one of the top Italian experts on Antitrust law, Advertising Law and Consumer protection.
